As a college student, you are likely going to be living on very little money for much of your college life. Get used to it; you can start making the big bucks once you graduate. To avoid taking on any more debt than is absolutely necessary, get into the habit of living frugally. Don’t spend exorbitantly on eating out and partying, avoid big expenses like new computers and television sets, and try to limit your recurring monthly expenses. For example, by ditching cable, and instead streaming media on your tablet or smartphone, you can easily save over $100 per month (or $1,200 over the course of the year). And with 5G technology right around the corner, you won’t have to worry about data throttling or coverage either.
