1. After download this free Mac data recovery easily, you can install and launch it on your Mac. iBoysoft Data Recovery for Mac will show all devices connected to your Mac, if not, a button “Find lost APFS partition” is allowed to find more.
2. Select the disk or partition where lost data locates, and check “Deep scan” box.
It is another user-friendly option for this software: “Deep scan” will take more time to scan but find more files, and if you don’t check the box, it would be “Quick scan” which takes less time.
3. Then click “Next” to scan, and you are allowed to click “Stop” once the lost file is found.
