1. They are not truly loyal to Indian customers
Many of you tend to buy Maruti Suzuki cars for its fuel efficiency, release value, low maintenance costs, and other bullshit reasons but actually, these things don’t really make much of a difference. And this blind faith is putting Maruti Suzuki in a safer position to fool Indian people and they are actually doing this for years now. For instance; the Baleno cars that are available in the Indian market is way inferior to what you get in the European market. In Europe, you get cruise control with millimeter-wave radar, a speed limiter and there you also get Radar Brake Support (with automatic emergency braking), ESP and six airbags (dual front+side and curtain) in addition to ABS and EBD. Apart from that, European Baleno also has 1.2-liter DualJet petrol engine with the SHVS micro-hybrid technology while in India you are getting that old Swift: the 1.2-liter K-Series and the 1.3-liter DDiS diesel.
See Indian market is budget market and a huge middle class is there so considering this Maruti is doing good.
Maruti is trustable nam he kafi h kabhi dhoka ni deti
