What does that mean?

In this case, measurable means that it’s easy for you to analyze after the fact. Did a specific part of your pitch elicit the correct response in a client? If it doesn’t, make a note of it. If it fails repeatedly, revamp that section.

Your pitch should also be repeatable. You should be able to use it with most of your clients without the use of your notes. Because of this, it’s better for you to craft a simple outline rather than a complex one.
