Cosmo First Limited has announced a significant addition to its leadership team, naming Saurabh Jain as the Chief Executive Officer of its pet care arm, Zigly. Beyond his role at the helm of the pet care division, Jain has also been appointed as the Head of Corporate Development for the parent company.
This dual-responsibility role positions Jain at the center of Cosmo First’s diversification efforts. He will be responsible for scaling Zigly’s footprint in India’s booming pet care sector while simultaneously overseeing group-wide strategic planning, including the evaluation of potential mergers and acquisitions.

In his new capacity, Jain will report to and collaborate closely with Group CEO Pankaj Poddar and Group CFO Neeraj Jain. The move is designed to ensure that the rapid expansion of Zigly remains tightly aligned with Cosmo First’s broader financial and operational goals.

Most recently, he served as the Global CEO (Overseas Business) at Jindal Films. His resume also includes tenures at high-profile firms such as Religare Capital Markets, SB Packaging, and Wodehouse Capital.
