Here is the latest report that Videocon, one of the leading consumer electronics player of the Indian market has launched z51 Nova at Rs 5,400, an inexpensive smartphone for economy consumers.
When it comes to a smartphone category, so the Videocon doesn’t have much to show to the Indian consumers but it seems the company is trying to bounce back with the help of Z51 Nova. This device features a 5-inch FWVGA IPS Screen, powered by a 1.2 GHz quad-core processor along with 1GB of RAM.
Apart from this, the phone runs on Android 4.4.2 KitKat OS and comes with an internal storage capacity of 8GB that can be expandable up to 32GB via a microSD card. For photography purposes, it has a 5 Megapixel auto focus rear camera and 2 MP front-facing camera.
Additionally, this device is backed by 2000 mAH battery and comes with dual-sim functionality. But one interesting thing Videocon has added from the security point of view is that the device comes with a preloaded 90-day free subscription of V-Secure and V-Safe apps.
