Oppo, a leading Chinese handset maker has announced an entry-level smartphone for the India market called Oppo A37. The device is priced at Rs 11,990 and will hit the Indian market on July 1.
As far as the specifications are concerned, the phone features a 5-inch HD IPS display with a pixel density of 293ppi, powered by a 1.5GHz octa-core processor backed by 2GB RAM.
The phone runs on Android 5.1 Lollipop with ColorOS 3.0 and includes an internal storage of 16GB which can be expandable up to 128 GB via microSD card.
For photography purposes, the phone carries an 8 Megapixel rear camera and 5 Megapixel front camera. Apart from that, the device also comes with triple-slot card tray which means, you can insert two 4G SIMs and one microSD card. All these functions are backed by 2630 mAh non-removable battery.
The device will be available in two metallic colors – Grey and Gold.
