Here is the latest report that Apple has finally put an end to the era of revolutionary products named iPod Nano and iPod shuffle.
According to the company’s spokesperson, both devices have reached their final destination and are now officially discontinued along side with their websites.
But here the good news for ardent iPod fans out there, the iPod touch device is still available for purchase and the company is increasing the capacities of the touch to 64GB at $199 and 128GB at $299 today. It previously sold 16GB and 64GB models at the equivalent prices.
According to the TechCrunch, ‘Today, we are simplifying our iPod lineup with two models of iPod touch now with double the capacity starting at just $199 and we are discontinuing the iPod shuffle and iPod nano,’ an Apple spokesperson said in a statement.
For me, these iPod devices are no longer relevant considering the advancement of smartphone devices with every coming day.
