Here is the latest report that Motorola is looking forward to setting up its service centers in India after a tremendous sale of 3 Million smartphone units from Moto brands in India.
As we all know that Motorola is a Lenovo-owned company that entered the Indian market by partnership with Flipkart, leading e-retailer of India for exclusive selling of Moto devices which includes Moto G, Moto G (2nd Gen), Moto X, Moto X (2nd Gen), Moto E which helped company to sold almost 3 Million units in India.
As per the latest statement from Amit Boni, General Manager of Motorola India, company is looking to establish its Moto exclusive experience zones in Bangalore by the month of March.
He added “The intent behind this is that we don’t want our customers to wait for services. We want to bring their waiting period during after sales support down from 5 days to 30 minutes or an hour,”.
As far as Motorola is concerned, the company has no plans to sell their devices offline in future as they prefer to continue their selling with Flipkart.
