Facebook’s founder Mar Zuckerberg announced the anonymous login that improves the way in which Facebook apps handle access permission at F8 Developer Conference.
In addition to this, now users will be able to decide what allowance they want to give an app before signing up and logging in and their anonymous login let them to log into apps in absence of providing their information to any third-party and they can choose whether they want to use anything or not.
“You can always sign in with your own identity once you’re more comfortable with the app,” said Zuckerberg. And Facebook stated that “For example, if someone wants to share their email address with an app, but not their birthday, they can make that choice with a couple taps”.
But we would like to tell you that this anonymous login isn’t altogether anonymous as Facebook still knows who you are but app developers won’t recognize you. And it is really a good improvement inside Facebook’s service as it put security and privacy on top.
