Now you don’t need to start your car manually because there is a new alternative way to start it directly through your app! Yes you heard this right as South Korean car manufacturer Hyundai is looking to launch its new Blue Link app at this CES 2015 in Las Vegas.
As far as the company is concerned, the app will help the car owner to remote start, lock and unlock doors as well as find their car in a crowded parking lot, company said in a statement.
“This new app expands Hyundai’s exploration into how wearable technology and Blue Link fit into a customer’s lifestyle,” said by Barry Ratzlaff from Hyundai Motor America.
The app has other additional features as well like enabling you to remote flash the lights, honk the horn, call for roadside assistance or call the Blue Link service.
But it is necessary to have a android phone via bluetooth linked with the app in order to work and app will be free to download from Google Play Store during the first quarter of 2015.
Hyundai partnered with Station Digital Media to develop the Blue Link smartwatch app.
