Apple has announced their redesigned version of Macbook Air at its Spring Forward Event Today. This one is a revolutionary gadget undoubtedly and will change the way of web surfing and computing in coming days.
The new MacBook weighs in at two pounds, 24 percent thinner in comparison to the current version of Macbook Air, featuring a 12-inch Retina display at 2304×1440 resolution. The new Macbook will come in Silver, Gold and Space Gray color variant and has the parapet of metal over the device.
Additionally, the device features an all-new keyboard that uses a Keyboard design using a “butterfly mechanism” and Apple claims that this keyboard will offer a better typing experience.
Fans are missing in new Macbook too and is equipped with an Intel Core M processor running up to 1.3GHz. The company says it can do 9 hours of wireless web browsing and 10 hours of iTunes movie playback.
This new Macbook consists only two ports which include a USB type-C connector for charging and connecting purposes which support USB, VGA, power, HDMI and secondary one is a headphone port.
The new MacBook will start shipping on April 10 at $1299 with 8GB of RAM and 256GB of storage.
