Here is the latest report that Samsung has officially announced its newly Virtual assistant named ‘Bixby’ ahead of Galaxy S8 launch.
Though it is a long-rumoured virtual assistant but now it is officially confirmed from Samsung’s side that it will indeed be called ‘Bixby’.
According to Samsung, the Bixby will be capable of integrating with other applications, its pure context awareness, and its cognitive tolerance – the potency understand users even when they provide the wrong command.
On ‘Bixby’, Samsung said in a statement:
We do have a bold vision of revolutionizing the human-to-machine interface, but that vision won’t be realized overnight. Ambition takes time.
Bixby will be our first step on a journey to completely open up new ways of interacting with your phone.
