Here is the latest report that Spotify’s “discover” feature is now available to everyone and now anyone can use this feature to get personalized music recommendations to users.
It was originally announced in December, 2012-initially it showing users relevant artists and playlists, based on their current listening habits. It’s also offering curated content from music sites and services such as Pitchfork, Songkick and Tunigo.
Spotify says that the new Discover page will display personalized recommendations each day relevant to the music a user loves. It will include not only new releases from artists that are being followed, but also music and playlists from friends and “trendsetters”.
