Here is the latest report that Windows Phone app store achieved a milestone of 120,000 apps and I would like to say that this month is really played a vital role in the future of Microsoft devices and apps.
If we’re comparing Windows App store with Apple’s iOS app store and Android so it seems too little but still they made it very clearly.
If we’ll talk about Apple’s app store so it has over 700,000 apps and on the other hand Google play has over 675,000 apps. The Redmond-based company also revealed that Windows Phone is now available in 50 languages. Hopefully one of those languages is Arabic because Windows Phones still arnt available in the middle east, which is a huge market to miss out on.
Microsoft’s Joe Belfiore also announced that there will be a lot more apps coming to Windows Phone soon, or 46 of the top 50 apps on other smartphone platforms to be precise, such as Angry Birds Star Wars, Temple Run, Words With Friends, various gameloft games and one year of ad-free Pandora.
