Posterous, a simple blogging platform started in May 2008, funded by Y Combinator.It is based in San Francisco and was acquired by Twitter on March 12, 2012.
They have announced the acquisition of their company officially on their blog post on Monday But here is a good news for Posterous users that the blogging platform remain same after their acquisition by Micro Blogging Site, Twitter. But still the value of deal between them isn’t announced from both sides whether It is Twitter or Posterous.
